Admissions Advisors are expert individual contributors whose primary responsibility is to guide Baker College applicants through the admissions process. The Admissions Advisor will provide high quality, efficient, student-centric outreach efforts to a diverse population of prospective students and their families across all recruitment channels. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Advisor will assist the student in selecting the best educational program to achieve their goals based upon an assessment of the prospective students' skills, education, and career goals.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Counsel and advise students and families about educational opportunities, admission, transfer of credit,
- Maintain communication via multiple modalities with prospective students through all stages of the
- Utilize computerized systems to communicate with students, process admissions, prepare reports, and/or
- Assist with the formulation, development, and implementation of admissions-related policies and
- Maintain currency with admission processes and requirements, programs, majors, and courses, and
- Participate in recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other
- Work on a registration deadline by striving towards college-wide enrollment goals using outstanding customer service to recruit students to the College's programs

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline required
- Business/Sales experience preferred
