Requires successful completion of a background check.
Position Function
Perform Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3 archaeological surveys and related laboratory analysis as assigned by Director, under direction of Crew Chief, Field Director, and/or Principal Investigator.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or related field with relevant training in Anthropology and/or Archaeology.
Minimum Experience
At least 120 hours of archaeological experience in Cultural Resource Management or under similar working conditions.
Minimum Other
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Training in laboratory analysis of prehistoric cultural materials.
Attendance at an archaeological field school, particularly with a pre-contact component.
Preferred Experience
200+ hours of Cultural Resource Management experience in archaeology.
