HCTC invites applications for the position of Department Assistant II - Nursing. This position will provide program/clerical support for the Nursing Program.
Job Duties:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assist with high level confidential materials related to Academic Services including programs such as Nursing. Has authority to resolve student issues related to admissions, registrations, advisor assignments, and general information.
Provide overall campus and program support for Nursing Program specifically in Hazard.
Serve as receptionist greeting visitors, answering phone, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, scheduling of activities and events.
Assist with data entry related to academic services: registration, program review completion, degree check sheets/graduation plans, etc.
Assist with HCTC retention and recruitment events.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree (Business Administration, Education, Management, Counseling, or related field), and two years related experience, or equivalent.
