Job Description
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL DELIVERIES, Sloan School of Mangement-Executive Education, to collaborate with program coordinators, program directors, other staff, faculty, clients, and vendors in the delivery of world-class online executive education programs to companies and individuals. Will operate in a dynamic and challenging business environment and be responsible for the development, maintenance, and planning of new and existing digital programs as well as process operations of Executive Education digital programs. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison to bridge teams across Executive Education to deliver hybrid and cross-functional digital programs; leading the development and management of the new digital program from planning stages through to implementation and delivery; working with vendors and team members on maintaining existing digital programs within the Sloan portfolio of long-standing courses; contributing to the research and development of new digital products, experiences, and deliveries for digital programs; serving as deputy to and represent the associate director of digital deliveries and digital capability leader as necessary; participating on cross-functional project teams and proactively engaging in continuous improvement of digital programs; and managing and maintaining relationships with online vendors, faculty, and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree and five years of industry or executive education programming and/or admin/project/program management experience. PREFERRED: business experience in executive education or comparable program or project management; familiarity with MIT Sloan and MIT faculty; ability to provide excellent customer service and lead and deliver complex and challenging programs; ability to contribute to building a respectful, professional environment; and ability to build relationships with and respond to client/customer, faculty, and program director needs.
