Job Summary/Basic Function
Serve as International Undergraduate and Graduate Enrollment Analyst and provide assistance to international undergrad and graduate applicants/students for the duration of their education. Responsible for materials, correspondence, phone calls, and visits with international students from the point of application to enrollment. Assess, evaluate, understand and apply the extensive range of undergraduate and graduate requirements and defined policies; serve as a reliable source for the deans, department chairs, academic program coordinators, academic and faculty advisors, and students. Monitor and help maintain the student information database for daily internal review of all degree requirements and perform related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Education
A Bachelor's degree. (Master's preferred)
Required Related Experience
Three years progressively responsible experience in a college or university required.
Desirable Related Experience
Experience in international admissions and recruitment preferred.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
Experience with international admissions using University specific software (e.g. Banner, DocuShare, CRM, etc.) as well as familiarity with SEVIS or similar automated student information systems working in a higher education environment preferred.
