The National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) seeks a highly motivated, self-starter to join its team as the Manager of Corporate Partners. This position will report to the Vice President of Professional Development & Institutional Compliance. This role will serve as the primary contact for all corporate partner relationships.

The National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) is the only national, nonprofit association with a primary focus on information dissemination, professional development, and legislative and regulatory analysis related to federal student aid programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. Our membership consists of more than 29,000 financial aid professionals at nearly 3,000 colleges, universities, and career schools across the country. NASFAA member institutions serve nine out of every 10 undergraduates in the United States.


Serves as the primary NASFAA contact for all corporate partners:

  • Maintain relationships with existing corporate partners and actively seek new partnerships for conferences and advertising.
  • Ensure the accuracy of exhibitor information within the NASFAA database.
  • Work with the NASFAA Communications Team on the website and marketing of information on behalf of and regarding NASFAA corporate partners.
  • Ensure appropriate signage for corporate partners is developed and deployed by the logistics team at all NASFAA events.
  • Create all corporate partner opportunities within the NASFAA Conference Planning tool annually.
  • Develop and promote new opportunities for corporate partners.
  • Work with the NASFAA Communications Team to develop marketing materials.
  • Strategize with the VP of Professional Development and the Director of Training Operations on the goal for the Associate Member Advisory Board.
  • Offer advertising opportunities to corporate partners and/or match an advertising opportunity to an appropriate entity.
  • Administer all required iMIS needs associated with paid advertising.
  • Coordinate with the NASFAA Communications Team for proper monthly advertising space insertions.
  • Strategize with the VP of Professional Development and the Director of Training Operations and the NASFAA Communications Team on annual advertising goals.
  • Create and maintain budgets for advertising, seek new opportunities whenever possible.
  • When needed, work with the logistics team and VP of Professional Development to evaluate space as it relates to the needs of the planned event.
  • Serve as the liaison between NASFAA corporate partners, the VP of Professional Development, and the logistics team on all aspects of corporate participation with the conference or meeting.
  • Coordinate the shipment of NASFAA materials housed at General Exposition Services (GES) to events.
  • Work closely with the VP of Professional Development and the Director of Training Operations on the logistical aspects of the annual leadership conference, specific to corporate partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The successful candidate must:

  • Have earned a bachelor’s degree.
  • Have a minimum of seven years recent sales or exhibitor experience, within the financial aid industry is a plus.             
  • Have familiarity with NASFAA products.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Demonstrable ability to write and edit program materials.
  • Have ability to work closely with other staff.
  • Have the ability to work independently in a remote environment without external interruptions.

This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications. NASFAA offers excellent benefits including employee paid health insurance and a contributory retirement savings plan.
