- The successful candidate will be expected to increase enrollment into the Breast & Cervical Cancer Program through community engagement and promotion of the program through the development of and participation in community activities and programs.
- Increasing visibility of the program through outreach and expansion of community/agency partnerships will be essential.
- Identifying additional partnerships that will result in an increase of referrals to the Breast & Cervical Cancer Program.
- Regular reporting on activities, events, and promotions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License or reliable transportation for outreach to the community
- 1+years of related work experience
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- Community Health Worker Certification
