About The Position:
The Medical Education Process & Technology Analyst is responsible for providing effective technology solutions to optimize functional processes for the Heritage College's unique suite of medical education processes & associated supporting technologies.
The Medical Education Process & Technology Analyst has broad decision-making authority and independence, develops criteria for and initiates new concepts and processes, and directs implementation.

This position will have responsibility for the Heritage College CRM (Salesforce) and its processes and will collaborate closely with and support medical education curriculum and administrative operational leaders, as well as faculty and students.

The Medical Education Process & Technology Analyst will also manage the delivery and implementation of new initiatives through execution, ensuring alignment with all medical education operational stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to promote the efficiency of systems supporting medical education administration & learning.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Support for SalesForce CRM and other Heritage College Medical Education Curriculum & Technology – Works with HCOM internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex technology and functional process issues to achieve desired business results.
    • Leads planning and implementation of complex system enhancements, customizations and design activities, Serves as a project and process leader to bridge the gap between technology and functional end users issues and projects.
    • Provide support, expertise, and consultation to medical education operational leaders to streamline business processes.
    • Work collaboratively with operational leaders to support and aid in the continuous development and improvement of the medical education curriculum with the use of technology.
    • Provide expertise and assist with addressing customer needs while effectively serving as a liaison between both technical and non-technical medical education staff.
    • Develop, maintain, and organize documentation and support resources to support medical education needs. This may include assisting with updating systems, websites, etc. with needed documentation
  • Define and implement best practices, standards, and metrics, in program and education management design using technology (specifically SalesForce CRM) – Designs, develops, implements and maintains a broad range of technology solutions across HCOM to best align technology solutions with business strategies,
    • Leads implementation teams and the respective evaluation of medical education technology to ensure its fit to functional processes.
    • Conducts planning to ensure technology business continuity procedures addresses functional processes to the fullest extent capable.
    • Coordinate medical education staff across the Heritage College to ensure standardized technology processes are streamlined between all four years of medical education and support the operational efficiency of the Academic Campuses, Clinical Campuses and Education Training sites.
    • Provide advice, support, and expertise on use of learning technologies with respect to curriculum needs.
    • Develops and implements standards and controls with stakeholders to ensure customizations and systems are designed to fully support the medical education curriculum with respect to availability, security, scalability, etc.
  • Strategic Management & Project Execution – Collaborate and support operational leaders with strategic initiatives, specifically focused on medical education processes and/or technology. Assist curriculum leadership and staff as the curriculum and technology liaison to support educational strategy, standard operating procedures and policies associated with curriculum design and implementation.
    • Support data analysis and reporting needs throughout the college. Provide insight to data through the development of dashboards and Power BI where necessary
  • Staff, Faculty & Student Communication and Training – Provide training opportunities with respect to using medical education systems and assist operational leaders with communications and faculty/student training, when needed.
    • Provide functional/technical expertise and assist medical education operational leaders with pilot programs or orientation sessions.
    • Assist Pre-clinical & clinical education, as well as other departments of medical education to conduct disaster recovery analysis and planning with the use of technology
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree.

Experience -3-5 years related experience. Candidates should have a strong acumen for leading multiple stakeholders and communicating to both technology and functional users to ensure optimal business efficiencies. Management experience may include experience with oversight of complex projects. Project Management Certification or PMP certified preferred.
