Job Overview
The Department of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Professor - Educator starting in August, 2023.The desired candidate should possess strong organizational, communication and analytic skills, and demonstrate a history of effective departmental, community, and professional service. This is a three-year, non-tenure eligible Assistant Professor - Educator position with a start date of August 2023. The term is renewable upon satisfactory performance. The expected teaching load for this position is seven courses per academic year.
Essential Functions
Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field is required.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven record of teaching excellence and could teach courses such as Introduction to Psychology, Psychobiology, Cognitive Neuropsychology and Functional Neuroanatomy.
- We seek applicants with experience using research-based, active-learning approaches and those willing to evaluate new models of instruction and embrace online learning.
Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field is required.
