Job Summary

UKHC is actively recruiting for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our External Affairs team. Reporting to the Chief External Affairs Officer, this position will be responsible for supporting the enterprise's Acute and Ambulatory Growth Strategy through involvement in all types of M&A transactions ranging from $10M – $1B.

This position will support a team of professionals or consultants who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and implementing joint ventures (JV), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and partnerships in order to support innovative growth initiatives. This team will work collaboratively across UKHC to ensure alignment, including with Acute care operations, Ambulatory operations, and College of Medicine operations.

This position is expected to successfully manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with senior executives across the Enterprise. Additionally, as the leader accountable for integration of external facing new business ventures, this position will require deep collaboration across the organization to understand the clinical operations, and business drivers of any new venture.

This role will also require supervising the team members who will be responsible for ongoing relationship management with external entities to drive patient referrals for our tertiary and quaternary care clinical practice.

Master's degree ( MHA or MBA) and healthcare experience preferred.
