The Office of the University Registrar is dedicated to providing the highest levels of student, faculty, and staff service and maintaining the highest level of academic records integrity and security. The department is currently seeking a qualified Assistant University Registrar. Responsible for the supervision of all functions associated with Student Records, Graduation, and Diploma service areas in the Office of the University Registrar. Duties include the auditing and processing of student records; monitoring workflow; managing electronic and hard-copy file maintenance; leveraging technology to ensure operational efficiency; and assisting in planning, developing, and recommending goals for the service area. This position will serve as the functional expert for related student information system areas and requires familiarity with university policies and procedures and various academic center guidelines.

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per university guidelines. Ability to manage staff, monitor workflow, and leverage technology to ensure operational efficiency. Knowledge of Student Record functions within a university setting. Knowledge of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. Good analytical and communication skills for problem resolution.
