The teaching load is three courses per year and will include a topics-level course in Physiological Psychology, upper-level laboratory and seminar courses in the area of the candidate's expertise, and Introduction to Psychology. The successful candidate must possess a strong commitment to undergraduate education and demonstrate the potential to develop a funded, active, and productive research program that involves undergraduates. A Ph.D. in neuroscience, psychology, or a related field is required; post-doctoral research and teaching experience are preferred.
We recognize that recruiting and retaining faculty may involve considerations of spouses and domestic partners. To that end, where possible, the College will attempt to accommodate and respond creatively to the needs of partners and spouses of members of the faculty.
