MGH Institute of Health Professions is a graduate school in Boston that provides entry-level and post-professional programs in Nursing, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Genetic Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Physician Assistant Studies. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Education Systems Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Compliance will; coordinate and track student compliance and immunizations requirements using the systems available including e*Value and Complio for students in all schools and academic programs, communicate with students to insure compliance is maintained, generate required reports and support the analytical needs of the Director. The Clinical Education Systems Coordinator will coordinate the student use of Complio and through the direction of the Director of Compliance, the student interactions with the MGB/MGH Departments of Occupational Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and track student compliance and immunizations requirements using the systems available including e*Value and Complio for students in all schools and academic programs, (55%)
  • Establish and maintain communication workflows with students and academic programs to ensure compliance is maintained, (25%)
  • Coordinate the student use of American Databank s Complio including functioning as the lead contact with American Databank, (10%)
  • Generate required reports and support the analytical needs of the Director. (10%)

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s degree required, and one to three years of increasingly responsible related experience, preferably in an academic institution preferably within clinical education.

  • Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous projects, set priorities, and delegate tasks when necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and respond to complaints from assorted constituencies
b) Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, calendaring and database applications.
  • Technical ability to maintain multiple accounts, monitor agreements, contracts and other accounting matters for the division.
