The Title IX Office at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Resources and Support Coordinator to manage incoming Title IX reports, facilitate outreach, and meet with involved parties regarding rights and options. This position will coordinate interim and supportive measures, review with pregnant students Title IX-related resources and available assistance, conduct training, assessment, and education for the office, and monitor state and federal mandated reporting and other compliance-related efforts through the office.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly reach out to complainants when reports are received, process reports, and ensure rights and options are provided in a timely manner.
- Meet with parties to discuss resources, support services, and reporting options, as well as interim and supportive measures as appropriate.
- Assist the Title IX Coordinator and associate director in evaluating requests for interim and supportive measures.
- Communicate and collaborate with campus stakeholders, including faculty, to connect parties to resources and provide and track interim and supportive measures as needed.
- Document, organize, update, manage, follow up on, and track information related to Title IX reports in the office database to ensure accurate and complete data.
- Maintain contact with investigators to ensure process is completed in a timely manner. Provide periodic, timely updates to the Associate Director and the Title IX Coordinator regarding the status of supportive measure requests, complaints received, and investigations.
- Monitor compliance of reports with all applicable policy and procedural requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with campus partners and serve as a resource person for the office by responding to a wide variety of issues and requests from the community related to the sexual misconduct policy, reporting obligations, training, and Title IX.
- Coordinate and conduct Title IX training and educational programs for the University community related to their rights, responsibilities, services and complaint procedures.
- Serve on committees on behalf of the Title IX Office.
- Collaborate in the development of periodic and annual reports? support special projects or assignments given by the Director, Associate Director, and/or the Vice Chancellor.
- Conduct research and assessment of programs to ensure objectives are being met.
- Stay current on state and national laws, regulations, and best practices to inform the work of the Title IX Office and help identify areas of risk.
- Maintain knowledge through active professional development.
