Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Perdue School of Business Director of Professional Development/Career Coach.

Primary Job Duties: The Career Coach will create, implement, and manage a Professional Development Program (including current course) for Perdue School students; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide pre- and post- graduation career and professional development opportunities for Perdue School students; and track career and professional outcomes consistent with SU and AACSB requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Business or related field (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology) and 5-7 years of related work experience.

Must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. Also, must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in career coaching or related area from a reputable organization or university. Five (5) years of recent experience in the area of professional development.

This is a full-time, exempt State position with a full benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
