Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the full time, grant funded position of Project Director College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) Grant.

Primary Job Duties: Under supervision of the primary investigator (PI) of the CAMP grant, oversee, coordinate and provide support for the day-to-day operations of the grant to ensure the attainment of its goals and objectives. This includes collaboration with the community and local school partners as well as SU faculty and staff. Additionally, this position will act as the initial point of contact for students, prospective students, and collaborative grant partners.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of prior related work experience. Knowledge of and experience working with migrant/seasonal farm workers.

Must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. Also, must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole.

This is a full-time, exempt contractual position with a limited benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, paid leave, tuition remission benefits and more. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
