.Primary Job Duties
: Provide administrative support, especially record keeping, for the ShoreCorps program. Collect member timesheets and record and track progress towards completion. Assist with collection and processing of data through Qualtrics.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of prior work experience in an administrative support position required.
Familiarity with AmeriCorps program and requirements; attention to detail; ability to meet projects with ongoing deadlines. General knowledge of and skill in the practical application of generally accepted office practices and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to proofread and edit written documents. Skill in various computer software packages, such as word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation programs, Internet, email and calendaring software. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties in a courteous and efficient manner. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple and continuing assignments with general instructions. Office Suite, including Access; online data management including Qualtrics; ability to maintain, improve, and design new data management workflows.Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher, preferred.
This is a part-time, non-exempt contractual position with limited benefits including medical, prescription, dental, paid leave, tuition remission and more. Starting salary is $16.94 per hour.
