Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Admissions Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Specialist.

Primary Job Duties: Assisting the Associate Director of Admissions in the successful configuration and operation of the CRM system, with specific focus on the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic multi-channel communication plan for the entire prospective student life cycle; CRM systems analysis and configuration; data management including mapping data elements for loading into the CRM from multiple external sources, using quality assurance techniques to ensure data integrity, assisting with the clean-up and update of data; communication related responsibilities including assisting in the development and ongoing update of communication plans across all undergraduate market segments, identifying opportunities to modify all communication techniques and/or language, staying abreast of electronic communications and social media opportunities, maintaining a library and calendar of communications including purpose and audience, monitoring and updating content for the Admissions website.

Minimum Qualifications: (1) one to (3) three years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer or Information Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM/database systems as well as working in an educational environment, communication, sales, marketing, is preferred. Experience with Slate by Technolutions, desired. Working knowledge of CRM, HTML, and creating data queries preferred.

Ability to understand system processes, workflows, and data translation/integration is essential along with strong attention to detail, high motivation to achieve goals, professional presentation and analytical thinking skills. Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. Also, must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

This is a full-time, exempt, State position with a full benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
