in Human Resources Office.Primary Job Duties:
Under supervision, supports general administrative functions in a Human Resources Office by answering phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, and providing support for search and selection.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and two years clerical experience.
Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures; of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation; communicate effectively both orally and in writing to maintain poise and courtesy under pressure to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact; to organize and execute multiple assignments under specific time constraints with general instructions; to perform mathematical computations; to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:
One year of clerical experience in Human Resources setting. Experience with Peoplesoft (or an ERP system) or applicant tracking systems or online application system preferred.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, Contingent II (contractual), position with a limited benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, paid leave, tuition remission and more. Starting hourly rate is $16.99, which is approximately $35,438.00 annually.
