Job Description

Performs communications activities including reporting, writing, editing, advertising and video production. Coordinates the operations of a university publication or communications department.
Understands how tasks/activities relate to others on the team and how the team integrates with other related, similar teams
Organizes and completes structured assignments according to priorities
Organizes and coordinates production services (e.g., scheduling facilities, equipment, operating equipment, etc.)
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring
Evaluates and selects solutions from established options/procedures
Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided
Communicates effectively through the regular exchange of information

Key Responsibilities (to be completed by department)
Develop and execute Succeed Communication Plan
Manage Succeed social media accounts
Develop and distribute Succeed Weekly newsletter
Maintain Succeed Program Websites
Manage Succeed CRM software


29 hours/week


Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Range: Minimum starting range $15.50 hourly

Grade: 006

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and software. Knowledge of creative software.
