Job Description

Leads a program or section within the student support system. Provides technical and clerical services to students including reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and processing data to determine students' academic credit, admissibility, eligibility for degrees, scholarships and/or specialized designations. May provide counseling in student admissions and financial aid counseling and/or career planning and placement services for students.

Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other related teams
Recognizes and solves typical problems that occur in own work area with limited supervisory approval
Evaluates and selects solutions from established options/procedures
Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided
Communicates routine information through the exchange of information to both internal and external parties
Coordinate the recruitment and management of Succeed volunteers and interns
Develop inclusive trainings for Succeed volunteers and interns
Maintain internship and volunteer hours database
Communicate with volunteer stakeholders in the community
Schedule and pair students with interns and volunteers.


20 hours/week


Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Range: Minimum starting wage: $15.50 hourly

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
