Job Summary
Gettysburg College invites applications for two (2) one-year Visiting Assistant Professor positions for the Business, Organizations, and Management Major in the Department of Management to begin August 2020. Field of specialization is open, but it must complement the Critical Managerial Studies focus of the major (see https://www.gettysburg.edu/academic-programs/management/programs/business-organizations-management-major for details). Teaching responsibilities for the 2020-2021 academic year could include accounting (financial and managerial), international management, organizational behavior, human resources, organizational culture, decision-making, policy and strategy, or organizational theory. The teaching load is three classes in the fall and three classes in the spring. We are particularly interested in candidates who can integrate issues of diversity into upper-level courses.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. (or be ABD ) in a field related to Management, Organization, and Business Studies. Candidates must be committed to interdisciplinary teaching in the liberal arts tradition, and demonstrate through their teaching and scholarship that they can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our community.
